The GMP SPA was founded in 1972 but is part of a group of companies which is active in the stone industry for over 100 years.

In the last century the activity was limited to the extraction of white Carrara marble, then the production of the Apuan marble started.

After 1950 the production and processing of some classic colored marbles began and finally after 1960 the plant in Dogana di Ortonovo was built where the production and distribution of both Italian and foreign granites began

BVL Granites is a leading exporter of Granite blocks, slabs & tiles, one of the largest processing units in India. BVL mines are located in Andhra Pradesh, India - where the prominent colours of Absolute Black, Black Galaxy, Steel Grey, Black Pearl, Tan Brown, Coffee Brown, and Vizag Blue are available in abundance.

Located in Rocchetta a Massa, this quarry produces a very special crystaline white such as Calacata CALDIA® and Statuario CALDIA®

Located in the most important marble basin in the world, it covers an area over 130,000 sq.m. and is equipped with the most modern extraction plants.

Bianco Carrara, Bianco Venato and Bardiglio Nuvolato are extracted from this quarry.

Eurobandas was set up in 1991 as a granite tile producer in Porrino, the first of it's kind in Spain.  Soon it became a world leader in manufacturing and supplying granite slabs, tiles and cut-to-size.  In 2001 Eurobandas added a new factory in Tui, equipped with the latest technology from Pedrini brand.  Over time, Erobandas has continued to expand it's granite product range and to increase it's production capacity
